worker(s) · BLA Rules 2015 Form-28. Overtime is capped at 10 statutory hours/day; every 3rd cumulative late deducts one day of basic pay (pushed to FolioPayroll).

Renaming an entry updates every worker that carries it. Untick Active to retire an entry without touching existing workers.
Add an office location
Stand at the office entrance and tap Use my current location, or paste the coordinates from Google Maps (right-click the spot → the first line is latitude, longitude).
How the mobile punch uses this
- The worker's phone GPS must be accurate to 50 m and not a mock location.
- The phone must be within the allowed range of the worker's assigned location.
- If Selfie required is on, the punch must include a front-camera selfie (checked against the worker's enrolled face).
BLA policy default range is 50 m; widen it only for large compounds.
Add holiday
Weekly off days are set per worker, under the default shift on the worker form. A past working day that is not an off day or holiday and has no attendance record counts as absent on the salary deduction sheet.

Add deduction rule
How a rule is applied
Each pay month, the rule counts the condition from the attendance register and deducts once for every full block of the count. Example: Late days, every 3, deduct 1 day of basic pay → 7 lates deduct 2 days.
One day of pay = monthly salary ÷ 30.
Absent days are past working days with no punch. Weekly off days (set on each worker) and holidays are never absent.
Rules
Salary Deductions →-
Differs from the BLA 3-late rule (every 3 lates = 1 day basic). Get compliance sign-off before using it.

3 lates = 1 day basic (BLA), absent day = 1 day basic, half day = ½ day basic.
